We are open on the weekend at our tasting booth at the new "Washington Public Market & Wine Cellars of Washington" at 1011 2nd St. in Snohomish. It's open on Saturday and Sunday. 2009 Vintages now available
We want to say thanks to all of you that have supported our efforts these last years. With your help we have sold out of our first two vintages.
As we release our 2009 wines we keep getting great responses to them. We recently released our Cabernet Sauvignon and our Portteus Vineyard Syrah. Both are getting great reviews at the tasting room. Our 2009 Syrah turned out so well that we created four different styles. We have released 3 of the 4 so far and are holding 1 out for a spring release.
Van Camp Cellars Winery is a very small boutique winery that produces only a couple hundred cases each year. Because of your support we are growing a little more each year.
We got all of our grapes from Portteus Vineyard for the first three years and now we get to compliment those vintages by adding Red Willow Vineyard's 2009 Syrah grapes from their newly planted vineyard they named "Les Vignes De Marcoux". Named after Mike Saur's Mother.
Because of their expertise in viticulture they have created yet another outstanding vineyard. With that said we are looking forward to making more fabulous wines from two of the best vineyard's in the state.
The 2010 vintage is from an excellent growing season and we are very happy with the results so far. We are looking forward to showing these off to you when they are finished.
